The hotel is conveniently located just off the motorway, making it a convenient spot for exploring the North West. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very good overall, although a bit dusty and too hot at 28 degrees. They were clean and well looked after, but thankfully the staff were brilliant and provided us with extra fans to make the stay more comfortable.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were up to the usual high Premier Inn standard and so lovely, but being facing a main road made it noisy at times. The service was good, and the location suited us perfectly, being close to both Blackpool and Lytham St Anne's. The dining experience, however, had its ups and downs, with amazing food but at additional costs for certain items.

The rooms were uncomfortably hot, almost causing breathing issues, even with fans on. The service was okay, and the dining experience offered good value with free breakfast for children. However, you have to pay extra for a cappuccino. The location is great, close enough to Blackpool but outside the town for a quieter stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the large B&Q store off the M55 on the Lytham St Annes exit. The staff are very helpful, and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, the dining area appeared tired and chaotic in the morning. The price for breakfast was on the higher side at £9.50.
